Sometimes we underestimate the power of Prayer. God's word is clear...He hears us when we pray.

"The LORD ... hears the prayer of the righteous." Proverbs 15:29

"Come and hear, all you who fear God; let me tell you what he has done for me.

I cried out to Him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue.

If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened;

but God has surely listened and has heard my prayer." Psalm 66:16-19

"'Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.' " Jeremiah 33:3

At the BCM, we have seen God do so much through prayer! And as we prepare to go to Panama City Beach, FL for BeachReach, we always take this time to prepare our hearts. Thank you so much for Praying for the upcoming Spring Break Mission trip to Panama City Beach, FL.

Perhaps you're not familiar with BeachReach, the name of the project in which we are participating.

BeachReach is a unique mission experience that combines service with hands-on evangelism during spring break. BeachReach requires students to demonstrate a special boldness in sharing their faith with their college peers. They will utilize their gifts to make kingdom impact through prayer, pancake breakfast, evening vanrides and witnessing.

The UTM BCM BeachReach Team is preparing for Spring break with a training day on Feb. 26th. Please be in prayer for them as they build skills in building a bridge to sharing their faith. Our team is excited about how God will reveal Himself! We have a team of 52 heading down, so please pray for safety, team unity, and mutual encouragement.
